Devices for all market segments can now include features enabled by 3G wireless technology, in demand by a growing and increasingly sophisticated wireless community. -Individual contributor who generates custom RF/Analog and Mixed Signal circuit layouts for ASICS as part of a larger design team. -Must demonstrate proficiency in block level floorplanning, understanding of design rules, device matching, minimization of parasitics, isolation techniques etc. -Run verification programs and debug errors on completed layouts.

Skills/Experience:
REQUIRED: - 3+ years experience in RF/analog layout - Full familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and Mentor Graphics Calibre tools PREFERRED: - Custom layout experience on high frequency circuits such as LNAs, Mixers, VCOs, PAs, etc. - Experience with .18 SOI design process - Proficiency with Virtuoso IC61 (OpenAccess) - Proficiency with design management tools such as Synchronicity
Education:
Assoc. EET or equivalent. *LI-SRC
